Acceptance of Terms
By inviting, accessing, or using SentinelOne, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use SentinelOne or add it to a Discord server.
SentinelOne is a Discord moderation bot designed to assist server administrators and moderators with moderation and member-management tasks.
Availability
SentinelOne is provided for use on Discord and is intended to be available to users and server administrators who choose to use the service.
We do not guarantee that SentinelOne will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. The service may be modified, temporarily unavailable, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Moderation Actions
SentinelOne provides tools that allow authorized server administrators and moderators to perform moderation and member-management actions, including warnings, punishments, muting, kicking, banning, and other configured actions.
Server administrators and moderators are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately and for ensuring that moderation actions performed using SentinelOne comply with their server rules and applicable Discord policies.
SentinelOne does not guarantee that moderation decisions, automated actions, or reports will always be accurate or appropriate. Server administrators and moderators remain responsible for their use of the bot and the actions taken against members of their servers.
Acceptable Use
SentinelOne must only be used for legitimate Discord server moderation and management purposes.
Users must not intentionally use SentinelOne to abuse, exploit, disrupt, or interfere with Discord, SentinelOne, or other users.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of SentinelOne does not violate Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or other applicable policies.
Third-Party Services
SentinelOne operates through Discord and may interact with third-party services required for the operation of the bot or its website.
SentinelOne is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of third-party services that are outside of our control.
Your use of Discord and any third-party service remains subject to the terms and policies applicable to those services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SentinelOne and its developer, operator, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, moderation actions, or other losses resulting from the use or operation of SentinelOne.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your use of SentinelOne is at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will function continuously, securely, or without interruption.
- Errors or defects will always be identified or corrected.
- The Service will be available at any particular time or location.
- The Service will meet every user's or server's specific requirements.
- Moderation actions or automated moderation results will always be accurate.
Termination
Access to SentinelOne may be suspended or terminated if the Service is misused, if these Terms are violated, or for other operational or security reasons.
Server administrators may remove SentinelOne from their Discord server at any time.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to SentinelOne, its functionality, or its operation.
Updated Terms will be made available on this page. Continued use of SentinelOne after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
