All the data collected is used to make the service better, in terms of usage, visibility, availability, and in turn the appearance of the bot. No extra data is collected, and nothing is stored beyond the time it should be. The different data collected by the bot includes:
- Server name and ID the bot is present in
- User information
- User ID
- User name
- Date of joining of the server
Retention of data
Any of the data mentioned above is only retained in the bot for as long as the bot is associated to the user or the server. If the user at any point in time feels that their privacy is breached, they can contact us for the removal of their data.
Protection of Data
All the data is securely stored and encoded in systems available to only and only the bot owner. The data is completely secured and not reachable to anyone unauthorized.
